We are seeking qualified individuals in the following areas:

PROJECT ENGINEERS / DESIGN ENGINEERS – with 4 - 6 years experience and an engineering intern (EI) or professional engineering (PE) license in Nebraska or Iowa.  Prefer experience in public works/municipal including preliminary design, final design, and construction administration of water mains, sanitary sewers, storm sewers and grading/paving.  Working knowledge of storm water, water distribution, and sanitary sewer modeling programs is a plus. Working knowledge of AutoCAD or MicroStation design packages is a plus.

ENTRY LEVEL ENGINEERS - As part of our continued growth, we have opportunities for entry level engineers with a 4 year degree in Civil or Construction Engineering.  A working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or MicroStation design software and EI preferred, but not required.

This entry level engineering position will involve the design of municipal infrastructure, sanitary sewers, water distribution and transportation projects.  One step in developing the design skills for this position may be "on the job training" as a construction/field representative on municipal projects.  This initial step may involve working both outside, (construction observation, field verification, field testing and field visits) and inside with design elements.  This outside experience is a critical step to becoming a good designer and gives the entry level engineer invaluable "hands-on" experience.

CONSTRUCTION OBSERVERS – with experience in observation of civil engineering construction projects.  CAD skills beneficial. Valid driver’s license required.
