This street was widened from two lanes to a three lane roadway.  HGM completed all  survey.  A 5’ sidewalk on north and south side was constructed.  A traffic analysis was completed as well as construction phasing to provide access.  City and  County coordination between 3 Cities and 2 Counties.  Utility coordination and relocation was needed.  HGM held neighborhood informational meetings.
